WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS?

Choose one of our pens OR send us a picture of a pen you like, then simply…

  1. Request a Quote or Call Us.
  2. You’ll provide your logo, PMS colors, pictures, messaging, etc.
  3. We’ll provide you with pricing and a virtual proof to approve.
  4. Once approved you’ll pay online and receive your pens direct to door with 4-5 weeks.
IS THERE A MINIMUM QUANTITY I NEED TO ORDER?

We are very flexible and want to build a long lasting relationship with our customers. Factory minimums are shown but we will try our best to accommodate if your desired quantity is below the factory minimum.

DO I PAY FULL AMOUNT UPFRONT OR AFTER DELIVERY?

We require full payment to process your order.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to edit or cancel your order after it has been placed, contact us. We can check if production has begun.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped directly from the factory and take approximately 4-5 weeks from order date to arrive at your door. We will provide you shipping information to track your order.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO SPLIT MY ORDER? TO HAVE IT SENT TO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS?

Yes. Order splitting is possible for an additional fee. We can provide this pricing during the approval and payment process.

DO YOU PROVIDE SAMPLES?

Yes! We are happy to provide samples – free of charge. There is a freight cost associated typically ranging between $30-$40 to cover overseas factory freight charge.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GUARANTEED?

Yes. We guarantee replacement of defective products. However, guarantee does not cover issues with artwork that you have approved.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following methods of payment – Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal.

WHAT CURRENCY AM I PAYING IN ?

All prices are quoted in USD.

ARE THERE FEES FOR SET UP OR ARTWORK CHANGES?

We do not charge a setup fee for your pens. We include three artwork changes in the quote. If more changes are required, there is an additional change fee.

WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I SEND MY ARTWORK?

We require vector files with all fonts converted to curves to ensure accuracy. Please upload when completing the Request for Quote OR email us (with your purchase order number in the subject line). We require artwork in either:

  • Corel Draw (.cdr) OR
  • Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps)

Don’t have high resolution artwork? No worries, we can help. Depending on what is required there may be a design fee.
